90-Day Repair Warranty

Effective October 2026

Each repair we complete in Grand Prairie carries a 90-day guarantee on the part we installed and the labor to install it. The details are below.

How long it lasts

Coverage begins on the completion date printed on your invoice and ends 90 calendar days later.

Covered

  • The fault our technician diagnosed and corrected
  • Each OEM part we supplied and installed on that visit
  • Any follow-up trip and labor needed if that same fault comes back within the 90 days

Not covered

The warranty protects the work we did, not the appliance as a whole, so it excludes:

  • New faults or parts we did not replace
  • Damage caused by misuse, overloading, power surges, water, fire or rodents
  • Parts purchased by the customer and installed at their request
  • Cosmetic wear such as dents, chips or scratches
  • Units that were moved, reinstalled or opened by someone else after our visit
  • Problems with the home’s water supply, drain, gas piping or electrical circuits

Factory part coverage

Some OEM parts come with their own manufacturer coverage, occasionally for longer than 90 days. Your technician will tell you when that applies.

When no repair is made

Declined a repair after the diagnosis? Then no work was carried out and the warranty has nothing to attach to.

Making a claim

Call with the original visit’s name and address handy. If our check shows the same fault has returned, the follow-up visit is free.

Your rights in Texas

Nothing here reduces your rights under Texas law. The state’s consumer protection statutes, the DTPA among them, still apply in full.
