Symptom: Freezer at 15°F, fridge side close to room temperature.
What we did: Seized fan behind the freezer panel. A new OEM motor brought both sections back to normal by the evening.

Safety first. Unplug the refrigerator before cleaning the coils or touching anything behind the lower kick panel.
