Terms & Conditions

Effective October 2026

These terms cover every appointment you make with Appliance Repair Grand Prairie in Grand Prairie, Texas.

What we do

We come to your home to diagnose and fix fridges, freezers, laundry machines, dishwashers and cooking appliances.

Arrival windows

Every appointment comes with an arrival window. Running behind because of a long previous call or I-30 traffic? We phone you with an update.

Diagnosis and your approval

First comes the diagnosis and a clear price. Only your yes starts the repair.

  • Approve the repair, and there is no separate charge for the diagnosis
  • Decline it, and you pay only the visit fee quoted when you booked

Parts on order

OEM parts only. Some have to be ordered for your model; we place that order after your approval and come back to install it on delivery.

Paying for the work

Payment is due on completion of the repair unless we have agreed other terms in writing.

Warranty

Parts and labor carry a 90-day guarantee, explained in full on our warranty page.

Calling off a visit

To change a booking without the $125 reduced fee, talk to a live agent no later than three business hours before your window. Details are in the cancellation policy.

What we ask of you

  • Have someone 18 or older at home for the whole visit
  • Clear access to the appliance and keep pets in another room
  • Describe the problem accurately and tell us about any known hazards

Unsafe conditions

Our technician may decline or pause the work if the site is unsafe, for example because of a gas smell or exposed wiring, and will tell you why.

Limits of liability

We are responsible for the repair we perform, within the warranty terms. Earlier damage, unrelated faults, misuse and ordinary wear are not our responsibility. As far as the law allows, any claim is limited to what you paid for that repair.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by Texas law. Updated versions are published on this page with a new effective date.
